The following Terms and Conditions create the agreement between you (the participant) and Blockley Studio when you book to attend a workshop here:

Bookings

• Our workshops are designed for adults. Should you wish to book for anyone under 18, please discuss with us first whether this is feasible.

• Payment is required in full at the time of booking.

• We will confirm your booking and payment by email using the email address you give us when you book.

Cancellation policy

• If you need to cancel and we have a waiting list, we may be able to re-sell your ticket, in which case a full refund will be given, less a £10 administration fee.

• Otherwise, tickets will be 50% refundable up to 28 days before the workshop, with no refund thereafter.

• We reserve the right to cancel workshops at short notice if we do not have the minimum required number of participants. In this case, tickets will either be transferred to an alternative workshop of your choice or refunded in full. Blockley Studio will not be liable for any other costs or expenses incurred.

 Liability

• Participants who bring valuables and personal property to a workshop do so at their own risk. Blockley Studio accepts no responsibility for damage to, or loss of, any personal property.

• Participants are responsible for their own safety when attending a workshop. Blockley Studio is not responsible to you or any third party for any personal or business loss which does not result directly from our actions.
